Move cards across columns such as To do, In progress, In review, and Done. You can rename them. Each task can belong to a client and a project, so the board is not another list you copy into the invoice later. The board is included on every active plan.

After a proposal is accepted, you confirm the project. Bullet points in the scope can become task titles, and you edit them before they land on the board.

Not an AI to-do list
Orvilo does not invent tasks from a chat. Titles taken from a proposal are the bullet points you already wrote, and you confirm them. The client can see or comment on tasks only if you invite them to the portal and allow it.
