An invoice sits on the same client as the proposal and the project. Clients pay your connected Stripe account. Recurring work can bill monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
No credit card. We email a confirmation, then open your workspace. After 14 days, choose a plan or access stops. A paid plan can be canceled from billing.
The invoice does not start from a blank spreadsheet
It can start from an accepted proposal, from hours you choose, or from lines you type.
Accepted work can become the invoice
When a client accepts a proposal, Orvilo can create the invoice from that agreement. The option is on unless you turn it off. You still send the invoice yourself.
Hours become lines when you select them
Log time on the client and project. Choose the entries to turn into invoice lines. Orvilo does not invoice the hours unless you take that step. Retainers can bill every month, quarter, or year.
Payments go to you
Connect Stripe and the client pays your account. Invoices can use a long list of currencies, including USD, EUR, and GBP. Your Orvilo subscription is billed in USD.
