The proposal is not a separate file you paste into email. It stays next to the client, the project, and the invoice.
Starters you edit, not a locked template
Website design, WordPress, Shopify, a redesign, maintenance, and SEO each open in the proposal form with scope, price, timeline, and terms you can change. Or start blank.
When the client accepts, you can have Orvilo create the invoice. That option is on by default, and you can turn it off.
You can see that the link was opened
Orvilo records the time, the device type, and the IP address. It does not show the viewer’s city. After acceptance, you confirm a project, and bullet points in the scope can become task titles you edit first. A contract is a separate document. It is not created from the proposal.
What the AI does
Orvilo can draft a proposal from a project brief, or from a description of a site you want to build something like. It can also rewrite scope you have already written. You edit the draft before it is sent.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance. You can add your own OpenAI key. Orvilo does not write follow-up emails or invent a task list with AI.
